Celebrate Heart Health Month with Jamieson Vitamins

February is Heart Health Month

Happy Heart Health Month everyone!

February is devoted to cardiovascular health – a topic often believed to be a problem exclusive to the boomer crowd. In reality, a recent CANHeart Index has found that fewer than one in 10 Canadians adults are in ideal cardiovascular health! This is indeed a dismal picture of our Health statistics and it needs to be changed.

February is Heart Health Month

Moms so often use their hearts for love, so its really important for them  to show some love to their own heart!  Heart disease is a leading cause of death  in Canada. For this reason,  maintaining a healthy life style is more important than ever to ensure the health of our hearts.

How do we do this? By observing healthy diets and taking necessary health supplements that your body needs.

This infographic below shows results from a new, national Leger  survey sponsored by Jamieson Laboratories which looked at the perceptions of Canadians aged 25-44 on current and future cardiovascular health as well as the role of Omega-3 supplementation in maintaining good heart health.
